2. Description
(1) Destination: The tester is applied to figure out the flame character of interior materials such leather and fabrics, and test its combustion speed and resistance capability.
(2) application: seat cushion, seat back, seat cover, safety belt, headrest, armrest, removable fold roof, all decorative plate(such as door backplate, side backplate, rear backplate, auto roof backplate, dashboard, glove box, inner staff plate, rear window plate, curtain, floor mat, motor covering mat and other materials, like the packing to protect crash, buffer absorber material.
(3) Test method: fix the specimen on U shape holder, and fire up for 15s, then let the leather burning and record the burned length and time for this burned distance.
